Contract and Guarantee

The breeder Alisha Garlick and the Buyer ____________________________ agree to the following for the purchased puppy described as -_____________________________________________________ This puppy has been sold to the buyer listed above with ______ AKC/CKC Rights.

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and has been vaccinated properly for the puppies present age. Breeder will provide accurate health records for this puppy. This guarantee is warranted to the original buyer for three days. The buyer needs to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within three days of purchase date (breeder is not responsible for vet bills) . If said puppy is found to have a serious life threatening illness or disease. Breeder will replace puppy with another puppy of equal value, when available no money will be refunded. Puppy must be returned and accompanied with documented proof of illness from a licensed veterinarian, within 7 days of purchase (breeder not responsible for transportation costs). Breeder has the right to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of her choice to verify diagnosis before replacing.

This puppy is guaranteed to the original buyer for one year against hereditary/genetic diseases. With two years against Hip Dysplasia. If puppy is found to have one or more of these problems by a licensed veterinarian the buyer needs to contact the breeder within 7 days of diagnosis.

Buyer agrees to keep puppy on a high quality food, the puppies food has to score atleast a 3 star or higher on  www.dogfoodanalysis.com or this contract is null and void. Buyer must keep receipts of the food purchases for this puppy.

If the puppy has been sold with Limited AKC/CKC rights the puppy must be nuetered or spayed by the age of 6 months or this contract is null and void. If puppy is purchased with Full AKC/CKC rights the puppy must have its hips tested with OFA or PENN-hip before being bred or this contract is null and void.

Breeder is not responsible for common non life thretening illnesses , such as parasites, coccidia, giardia, ect...

Breeder can not guarantee size, color, markings, hernias, and uneven bites. All puppies are sold as pets and are not guaranteed to be of show or breeding quality, Breeder will be honest and give her best opinion to the best of her knowledge for show and breeder prospects. If your puppy is sold with full breeding rights the puppy is still sold as a pet buyer just has the right to breed if chosen.
